Lebanon Family Pharmacy is a small independent pharmacy owned by a local family. Our hometown Pharmacist helps manage your overall wellness by reviewing your medication record, dosages, and possible side effects or interactions. In addition, they dispense your medication, inform you of how to take your medication, and accept most major insurance plans.
Dr. Patel was born in India and moved to the United States when in High School. Her passion to serve the community and provide excellent healthcare services comes from the little village she grew up in with limited access to healthcare. Dr. Patel completed her Bachelors of Science in Biochemistry and Cellular Molecular Biology from University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 2009 and then proceeded to receive her Pharm D from Rosalind Franklin University, North Chicago in 2018. Dr. Patel worked as pharmacy technician since 2007 and has served several roles including data entry technician, inventory specialist, to prior authorization specialist. Dr. Patel strives to provide the best care for her patients by getting to the ground level and understanding the root of the problem for her patients. Dr. Patel is compassionate and caring towards all her patients including pediatric patients. Our little kids of the community love Dr. Patel so much that they want to come see her for all their vaccines. Dr. Patel is also actively involved in the Wilson County Chamber of Commerce and volunteers at every chance she gets while enjoying with her husband and 2 year old daughter.
